ZACHOR Holocaust Remembrance Foundation and its affiliates (collectively, “we”) maintain two websites – zachorfoundation.org and i-shout-out.org. In maintaining both sites, we, are committed to maintaining the privacy of every online customer. We gather customers’ personal information only so that we may better develop our relationships with viewers and for internal processing purposes only. Our database will be used to inform issuing educational updates, product lists, special services and generally maintain a positive relationship with our customers.

This policy applies to all users accessing our web site and may be modified from time to time and describes the personal information we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use it, and when we share it with third parties. If our information practices change, we will post an updated policy on our website. You can tell if the policy has changed by checking the revision date that appears above.

Due to the nature of the content on our Site, Children under the age of thirteen (13) should be accompanied by an adult of eighteen (18) years or older.
